He is freekilling every round. Literally running up to people in cells killing them and randomly sniping people while their running around unarmed. Everyone told him to stop, but he keeps doing it. I can't ban him because my admin is skrewed up.

you cant ban him cause action took ur admin from u and u need a screenshot proof or video we need more details follow the application example i provided thanks
